PATS - Paying Attention to Self

    PATS - Paying Attention to Self is a peer support group for young people aged 12 – 18 years who have a parent with a mental health issue. Led by a health professional and peer leader who has been through the program before, the group focuses on developing mental health literacy and increasing positive self-help seeking behaviours, all through fun activities.
