About this service
MPAACS provides long and short term counselling services to youth between the ages of 10-25 as well as adults in the City of Casey. The service provides individuals and families with support in dealing with issues such as grief, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, family conflict and breakdown, learning problems, addictive behaviours, emotional issues, mental illness and beyond.

Participation length
- The service is individualised, so length of counselling participation is dependent on client need and will be determined in the first session of counselling where an assessment is performed. Short term and longer term counselling is available to all clients dependent on their personal needs.

Who can refer
- Youth over 18 can self refer to the service, however under 18s will require their parents to refer with them. External community services and organisations can refer clients to Merinda Park for counselling.
