Monash Health Aboriginal Health Service

Monash Health Community provides culturally appropriate health and wellbeing care and support for the Aboriginal community through services including: children's health services, chronic disease management programs, community health nurse, counselling, dental services, diabetes education, diet and nutrition education, health promotion and prevention programs, massage, speech therapy, youth and craft activity groups. The Aboriginal Children's Health Team supports expectant mums, children and their families as they move through their hospital journey. The Aboriginal Hospital Liaison team supports patients, families and carers through their hospital journey.
